Portrait Commissions

A commissioned portrait is very special. It can be a celebration; a commemoration; a wonderful gift; or a record of a life well lived. Helping a client decide on style, size and medium, I prepare sketches for approval before starting the finished artwork. Using photographs or occasionally from life, I like to work closely with my clients to create a painting that will become a treasured piece.
